Our Story
Shield Asphalt’s journey began when our founder recognized a gap in the market for reliable asphalt repair, sealcoating and pavement maintenance services that property owners could truly trust. Too many commercial properties were facing costly replacements due to overlooked maintenance or poorly executed repairs.
What started as a small operation with a single truck and a clear vision quickly grew into a trusted company serving commercial properties across Alabama. From the beginning, our focus has been simple: show up, do the job right and deliver results that last. Long hours, hands-on experience and a commitment to quality helped shape the way we approach every asphalt repair, sealcoating and parking lot striping project.
Today, Shield Asphalt continues to build on that foundation. We’ve expanded our services, invested in professional equipment and built long term relationships with clients who value honesty, reliability and quality workmanship. Our Founders
Shield Asphalt started with one goal: do the job right. From day one, our founder brought real-world experience and a no-nonsense approach to asphalt repair, sealcoating and parking lot striping, focusing on quality work and dependable service. That same mindset still drives our team today to show up, be honest and deliver results clients can trust.
In 2021, Shield welcomed Eli Long as Vice President of Operations and Sales. Eli brought a strong background in client service, operations and team leadership, helping guide the company’s continued growth across Alabama. Together, Will and Eli lead a dedicated team focused on reliability, professionalism and high quality results.
